An award winning, rapidly expanding North of Cardiff based company are working exclusively with N-Tier Selection to recruit within their established support team. With a company culture of promotion, training, personal development and a sense of team, we are seeking a motivated, hard working support analyst to join their expanding team. As a Support Analyst for this software house you will be responsible for remotely supporting an application which is used by organisations UK wide.

THE ROLE:-The job involves troubleshooting software issues. Working within a team, adhering to SLAs you will have responsibility for multiple customer queries. This is not a desktop support role but you will be familiar with technologies in a hosted application environment such as windows servers, IIS and firewalls.

REQUIREMENTS:-This Software Support Analyst role will suit somebody who enjoys a balance of being technically challenged to fix issues whilst speaking with customers and managing customers' expectations regarding deadlines for resolving issues. Previous experience of manipulating SQL database tables is ideal, as is SQL database set up, configuration and repair. Training will be provided but pervious knowledge of general business applications and MS office suite is essential. A subject matter expert or SME will be very applicable as well.
