I am passionate about people and best practice! I have spent my entire career in IT and technical recruitment, starting back in the days of Computer People and I still love it. I enjoy solving recruitment and talent attraction problems and thrive when partnering with organisations who need someone to integrate whilst taking the lead to deliver.
Part of the reason for setting up N-Tier Selection in 2013 was because I wanted the flexibility to be able to partner with my clients in a way that works for them. I have always delivered recruitment services with a personal touch but having my own business, employees and associates meant that I could extend the services to meet the diversifying needs of organisations.
